Today was the first time I had spoken to anyone in their office - I called to ask some questions about my coverage that I have been confused about and was so impressed with the help I received !
Agent Keira Grele was who I spoke to. Keira was so knowledgable, professional and kind. She listened and aand understood what I was asking right anway and never had to put me on hold to find the answers. What I thought was going to be a long call was very quick because she knew the answers! And she didn’t make me feel rushed at all.
I stored her name next to the phone number in my contacts so I will ask for her if I need any help in the future.
I also sent an email to James Meroni telling him what my experience was like with Keira. He responded quickly and sounded very appreciative and it was obvious he is very nice and also, very efficient. If you are considering that agency. It is a good decision!"
